I added a little improvement to the shoutbox for customizational purposes.. You now have multiple options you can use to add some flavor to your shouts in the shoutbox.
Also, there is MSN like statuses, like Available, busy, away, brb, etc., as well as an icon that shows whether that user is online or not. I definitely like the new additions, and if the fonts become outrageous I will have to do some tweaking / disable editing your font altogether.
