#1 Members who disobey the rules will be warned or banned depending on what the staff member believes is the appropriate punishment.

#2 Members maybe warned a maximum of four times. On the fourth the member's account will be immediately, and possibly permanently, banned and/or suspended.

#2 Treat others positively and with respect. Flaming other members or other forums will lead to a warning, possibly even a ban.

#3 Topics must be submitted to the relevant forums. Please read the forum descriptions before posting.

#4 Topic titles must be descriptive. Example: A good example is "I need help with [title of game]!"

A bad example is "HEEEEEELP!"

#5 Bumping is allowed provided that the reply has relevant information that is useful to the continuance of the topic. Short intervals of bumps is not allowed to bump the topic up onto the first page of the topic list by the same person.

Allowed: A topic discusses a news event. The topic's discussion has died but there is new striking evidence to turn thoughts around. A reply with such information that is relevant and useful is allowed. Allowed: Requests may only be bumped once every 48 hours since the last reply. Disallowed: A one-liner reply with the words "lol". Disallowed: Bumping topics continuously to get them up to the first few pages.

#6 Double posting of the same links may lead to a warning, especially if you have your own independent topic for a set of links and yet still post the same links in related topics with the intention of gaining exposure. Also use the edit button when altering your reply if you're the last to post in the topic.

#7 Images must be hosted on image hosting websites other than the manufacturer's website. We recommend you check this post to find the image hosting provider that fits your needs the best.

#8 Content of posts should not be explicit, offensive, shocking, discussions of demerit commodities or pornographic unless it is posted in an educational sense. Content which is inhumane or unethical to be viewed by ages below 13 years old is not allowed.

Example: Mainly for movies: Mainstream horror, gore, bloody movies are allowed. Videos such as bum fights, real death scenes, cruelty to animals, or anything which is just indecent/sick is not allowed. Disallowed: Hacking, fraud, drug related, porn, political/religious discussions even if educational.

#9 All links must be coded. See this page for details and instructions.

#10 No topic hijacking (going off topic).

#11 Requesting mirrors is allowed in topics as long it is requested in a polite manner.

#13 Post count milestones may be posted at 500, afterwards only in increments of 1000 up to 5000 and then at 10K - 15K - 20K and so on.

#14 When you make titles, use capital letters but not all capitals (Title Case). It looks nicer.

Example: A good example is "Registry Booster 2" A bad example is "registry booster 2" or "REGISTRY BOOSTER 2"

#15 All posts must use proper title tags. (See this page for more help.) These tags are placed in the Topic Description. Failure to use any tags will result in a warning. Failure to use proper title tags will lead to a verbal or regular warning. If you fail to use proper tags 3 times then you will get a warning. Proper title tags use the following scheme, are accurate as to what download site the topic's download uses, and have the tag as the first item in the Topic Description (Sub-Title):

If your post has mirrors, list the appropriate download tags for each mirror. Example:

• [RS.com][MS.com] (Notice the lack of a space or any other formatting or markings. Just the two tags)

If your download requires downloading from multiple sites/protocols (for example, downloading a game from the manufacturer's website, but a crack for the game from Rapidshare) then combine the two appropriate tags using the "shorthand" version, which is usually the same as the full version, but without the TLD. Examples:

• [RS+FTP] (Just use the shorthand version of the site/protocol, and a "+" in between each)

If your download has multiple mirror sets (such as a game that can be downloaded from Rapidshare or Megaupload, but the keygen can only be downloaded from DepositFiles), then use the shorthand version for each download site or protocol, and a "/" to indicate the different options for one part of the download, and a "+" to indicate where the other part of the download is located. Examples:

• [HTTP/FTP+RS] (For an item where one part, such as the game, can be downloaded from an FTP server or a direct-link HTTP server, and another part, such as a serial, crack, or keygen can only be downloaded from Rapidshare.com)

#16 Rapidshare freeware links for freeware are allowed under the following conditions: Freeware posts must contain the program's exact version number in the topic title. For example: Windows Live Messenger v9.0.1407.1107. The post must contain a link to the manufacturer's homepage.

#17 Link protecting, masking, hiding, redirecting, or tracking URLs are strictly forbidden! They are only a nuisance for our members, link checkers, and often point towards phishing pages! Link protectors are any sort of redirect or anonymizing URL that leads to or shows the contents of or URL for a download page, track the number of "hits" for a page, or required a timed redirection, or add advertising to a download page beyond the advertising that a download host uses. These are not necessary, as the coding of links prevents the parsing of URLs into links, and search engine spiders do not look within code boxes. The use of link protectors will result in an immediate warning, conversion of the protected link to the true link, and a very frustrated staff member! If it is discovered that the protected URL is actually a phishing page, or anything other than a direct link to the true download link, you will be warned and/or banned immediately with your IP address(es) added to our server blacklist. These programs are methods or applications that claim to assist the end user in bypassing a download site's limits, such as an application that makes "all Rapidshare downloads Premium downloads" or "resets Rapidshare's wait counter" or even "download as many files as you want at a time from Rapidshare for free!" 99.9% of these programs are fakes, and are meant to steal the user's information, inject a bot into the user's computer, spread a virus, or just gain Rapidshare/Download Points for the poster. In order to preserve the safety and valuable time of our members, all programs and posts like this that require a download to implement or use are hereby forbidden.

#1 If you choose to post a link it should benefit everyone and must NOT be a site of the following categories:

Web hosting. Referrals. Affiliation. Other warez forums. Sites that require registration, subscription or a fee to access. Sites that contain links that can be posted here but poster requires users to go their own links to benefit from advertising. Pay-to-click sites. Donate links for other sites. "Scams" or "methods" to obtain free services such as a Rapidshare Premium account.

#2 Posting of similar messages to increase post count is not allowed.

#3 You may not have links advertising websites within your signature.

#4 Do not post links to other forums in place of an actual download link. Doing so will result in a deletion of your topic, and a warning and/or suspension.

#5 Do not use a fake or disposable Email address. We require the ability to contact our members, and fake and/or disposable Email addresses hinder this ability. Violators will be immediately banned.

#1 The trade and exchange of goods and services is not allowed through the medium of money. Only bartering (trading without money) is allowed.

#3 The maximum size for a image in your signature is 350KB. Signatures can only be 512KB or less in total file size.

#4 Uploaded avatars may only be 150KB with 150px x 150px dimensions.

#5 Avatars should follow all rules.

#6 Avatars and/or signatures should not refer to a email or any web site. Doing so will result in a removal of the avatar and/or signature and a possible ban or suspension.

#7 All signatures are not to contain more than one large image, or one medium-sized picture and one small picture, or two small pictures. Large pictures are approximately 250 pixels high. Medium pictures are approximately 150 pixels, and small images are under 100 pixels, such as a user bar or fan bar. If you have a question about your sig, please ask Viper3773.

#8 All signatures are to contain only pictures, text, and maybe one link. Please do not try to add Flash files to your sig, or some other kind of file unless it is supported by a custom BBCode specifically designed for that content, such as the GamerTag BBCode for Xbox Live Gamercards.

#9 Please be reasonable with your signatures size and content. This really is common sense, but like above, if you have a question, feel free to PM Viper3773.

#1 Sticky Requests: Please do not request a post to be stickied. If there is room to sticky an exceptional post we will do so, only room for six topics per forum. Topics which use a poll to petition a sticky are not allowed.
